I knew I had to have it because I've always felt my heart belongs in San Francisco and after seeing it on my nails I'm so happy that I didn't pass this up. The color is beautiful and the formula on this beauty was fantastic. It does dry with slight texture but a good coat of top coat would smoothen that out for you. I did a really thin coat of top coat only because I love the feel of textured polishes. I love the way this looks and I've used it for a lot of manis lol The formula was really nice on this polish and it dried pretty quick, which was a plus since I've used it as a base for stamping and I can be a little bit impatient.
