The Pokemon included in this tournament are ones that both qualified and were nominated.
Only Pokemon that have not progressed past Round 1 and have not participated in a single rematch or the second rematch of a double rematch qualified.
A Pokemon can only win one underdog tournament. After it's won, it will be disqualified from any other tournaments it might be an active participant in.
Polls containing Gen 8 and Gen 9 Pokemon will be tagged accordingly, otherwise, generations will not be tagged unless the tournament is Generation specific.

Hey, everyone. Really, really deeply sorry to say that I think I will have to put the posting of new polls on hold for a little bit. It shouldn't be long. My old co-mod has offered to help pick up poll queuing while I'm on my trip in about two weeks from now.
The simplest explanation is my work, which has been very stable and dependable for the past 4 years, has very suddenly become something extremely worse. As a result, my trip prep and normal obligations (including this) are squeezing my sleep hours down to concerning and nearly non-functional levels, and I'm still falling behind on everything.
My plan is to shift the time I would be spending processing completed polls and queueing new posts to instead generate new tournaments and polls so that there's more breathing room on the organizational end when I'm gone. And to also sleep, prepare for my trip, and search for new work.
You all have been very kind, so while this is not a decision that I'm making lightly, it is one that I am hoping you can understand.
