The Pogue’s Run Picnics are a series of neighborhood picnics held along the banks of Pogue’s Run on Indianapolis’s Near Eastside. Artists and neighbors fabricate picnic blankets inspired by a map of the waterway, to be used at community picnic pitch-in events, celebrating the Pogue’s Run watershed, and bringing neighbors together and up close to the waterway in their neighborhoods.
