Mag reresign na ako this December. Ang policy as a USRN Triage Nurse need mo magrender ng 2 months. Nakita ko yung metrics ko. Bagsak lahat pwera sa attendance kasi hindi ako mahilig magabsent. Parang yan talaga ang work ethics ko sa trabaho. Pero take note hindi ko talaga ginagalingan kasi hindi ko talaga type yung buong account. Yung TL ko lang yung mabait saka 3 kong ka-wave pero the rest bully. Noong training hindi ako nagreview or nagnotes.. wala talaga. So eto na nga walang motivation.

Pero naiiisip ko, galingan ko kaya bago umalis ako dito? Tingnan ko kung kaya ko naman pala with effort? 😂 Medyo nagkakamotivation na kasi ako, dahil ako lang ang bagsak sa team namin 🤣 (Ngayon lang ginanahan?😂😒)

Tingnan natin. Update kita after a month if may pagbabago pa hahaha.

Mahabang istorya kung bakit nawala na yung fire sakin to push forward sa work kahit na I am earning 6 digits. Next topic and entry nalang po. 🥸

From my previous post. I am still thankful that I am earning a lot compared to what I was earning as a senior staff nurse before. Pero nakakapakshet talaga ang tax. Compute ka ng compute san napupunta yung sweldo mo sa Government tax talaga. Kaya hindi mo masisi mga nurses na nagaabroad. Hays.
