I've been able to stick to omad for a good while now. went back down to 107, hopefully i can keep it up. been stuck at 107 being hte lowest for since like november. I'm workin gout now too. Just dance and pilates. :3
I'm an x-small to small here in US. and bassed on messurements I figured i was goning to be a 5s - 7s japan. Ordered a 5s bikini (a little motivation to fit). I got sent a 9m and it fit small. So now imma cry. 🥲 (I think it was due to it being vintage 2000's so sizing was a bit smaller then even more but idk) This is the Sizing chart BTW:
I'm 5'1" and weigh 109 pounds. I'm starting to work out and I'm at a caloric defficiet. But all the workouts I find seem to be for building muscle in the thighs and glutes, and that's not what I want.

I'm 21 (as in I'm an adult). I was always really "thin" as a kid, but high school hit me. So bad that I became a pre-diabetic. I've lost so much weight, at a healthy speed too (to not bring attention to it of get worried parents). I'm back down to 107 and omg my collerbones, and I want to get down to 97 (which isn't even underwight for my hieght). Yesterday my mom goes "you need to eay, you're disapearing". And idk weather I feel good about it or just annoyed with her. She also is always like, just wait until you have kids, your boobs will sag, and your tummy will fall so don't worry so much. (Hence one of the reasons why I'm considering adoption or suragacy). Idk just really annoying. But I've started feeling more confident and cute in myself now that I've lost so much. I even wore a tight crop top and low rise jeans to dinner with my bf's parents (I brought a zip up too lol for after I eat) Idk, ig I'm just annoyed
