My Life At Burdick Job Corps

Job corps is a free program that provides dorms, meals, and activities, again, for FREE, to 16-24 year olds while simultaneously giving us an education (high school or GED) and learning a trade!

But here’s my story. I attended burdick job corps in February of 2018, in April of 2018, I found out I was pregnant in job corps. Job corps did everything in their power to help me. But I couldn’t hack it. I wasn’t mature and well enough to handle pregnancy and school at once. So I left in July of 2018.

But this time I’m ready, I’m ready to take this FREE opportunity and run with it.

While I’m at this center, I’ll be posting events, pictures, and stories! If anyone has any questions, I’ll be happy to answer them.
