Raven wings

It's as the title says - I'm back somewhat! It's been a hectic 4 years with my work and other busy life things (including more studying blaaaargh). During those years I was more focused on drawing original illustrations and other hobbies, but recently I've become obsessed with Pokemon. To the point where I can't resist doodling fan art. Which is saying a lot because it takes a LOT to make me want to draw fan art these days. Figured why not set sail when the wind blows? I hope it gives me as much joy as it did back when I drew a bunch of HPCC fan art!!

That being said, I probably won't be drawing much Harry Potter / Cursed Child art now (sorry). But my old art is still on my blog for you to peruse! I'd love to shout out a massive thank you to everyone who enjoyed my art while I was away <3

I’m back at Art Fight 2020 with some attacks! (For those who are new to the concept, Art Fight is an annual event held in July~August where you ‘attack’ other people with art of their original characters. It’s an art trading game!) This year I’m trying to focus on composition and different poses/angles rather than just draw characters standing awkwardly :’D I’m pretty proud of what I’ve finished so far!

Hi everyone, hope you’re having a rad start to 2020! Here I am with the ‘decent update’ I said I’d post like, 12 days ago :’D

So I have no idea if I ever mentioned this, but I started working in the adolescent psychiatric unit since mid 2018 and though it’s less taxing than the ward I used to be in, I still have trouble juggling more than one social media like I used to back when I first started working. (I’m mainly chilling on Korean twitter mostly because my job consists of counseling kids and teens, and that means my brain is 99.5% wired on my mother tongue so it takes me a whole lot of effort to even attempt to write anything in English. :p) I still really appreciate that there are still people enjoying my old art though, it’s a big trip down memory lane whenever an old post pops up in my notifs~

I’m a bit skeptical about new art this year mostly because I’ll be taking an intensive year-long course on mental health nursing and I’ll have less free time to do anything else, but at least I’ll still be hanging around if you need me? I’m also nearing 5k followers so I want to host a small event for that too, if time allows!

Alsoooo I cleaned out my room today and re-counted my stock of prints from 2017-18! I do have them all listed up in my merch sales info post, but I felt kinda bad about having my old old old 2017 Scorbus prints up there so..... I’m contemplating maybe giving them out as thank-you presents to people who buy my other more recent items. I’ll probably write another post on that later, but feel free to ask me if you have any questions on the topic. :D
