MOVED

Modernize me.

First would probably be Pandora. He's always got some kind of smooth jazz or something playing as ambience in his office/home. More than likely has a playlist on Spotify called something cliche like "coffee house blues" or something that's all Blues music. Except he last song is Eiffel 65's I'm Blue.

Second would be Amazon because what other place allows you to buy spell books and copious amounts of masks with no questions asked?

Third is any site that deals with news, whether it be local, world, etc.

On the subject of example tweets, @shinyforce has made some for Rommath in the past and honestly they're the best so I'm copping out and tossing a link to those bc I'm an uncreative fuck and also they're great and is basically his Twitter in a nutshell. *finger guns*

Modernize me.

Without a doubt, Rommath would like anything that has puzzles in them. This can range from simple seek-n-finds or solitair (since he is technically a geezer, those would def be guilty pleasures) to more complex things like Tomb Raider, Silent Hill, and things of that nature. There's definitely a wide range of "puzzle" games and he enjoys all of them. As a kid, he definitely had a soft spot for games like Where in the World is Carmen San Diego? so it's no wonder he stuck to that genre.

On a similar note, because the irony of it amuses me, he'd also enjoy fantasy games like Fable, Skyrim, etc. Anything with an aspect of magic to it. #MageMasterRace

Favorites ::

- Fable, because mystery and magic. Plain and simple and surprising to literally nobody.

- Alien: Isolation, this ones kind of an oddball since I don't see him as a spooky game type and only play them on occasion but this game was an adventure in and of itself and I think if anything the forced slowness of the game and the scenery in it would be a plus to him. (Side note:: after playing it, he insisted he wasn't scared and only managed to set one person on fire for sneaking up on him in a modern magic au. Rommath insists it had nothing to do with the game though.)

His eyes narrowed harshly at the Vulpera’s cutting remarks. Rommath easily towered above the creature and if it weren’t for the fact both Eryis and their daughters were present, he would have loved to do nothing more than return this insolent creature’s insults with a few choice ones himself. Thankfully, she had turned her attention to Sima and Feana. Her demeanor seemed to change drastically, catching the Grand Magister off guard, blinking in a brief confusion at the gentle nature she displayed towards his children.

Following Eryis as she led him out of the living room to talk privately, he shook his head. “I received no letter.” Rommath stated. As she explained her reasoning for bringing this overgrown mutt into their home, he couldn’t help but agree that she did have a point. As much as both wished they could spend as much time as they could with their daughters, both of their schedules simply wouldn’t allow it. It would also help immensely to not have the constant need to find a babysitter...
