you would think after all the backlash little mix got for their cultural appropriation during the tour and jade getting dragged for posting a picture of an indigenous person and joking about they were going to be her halloween costume she would at least start to consider that maybe dressing up as a native american for some dumb ass costume party would be considered offensive but………nah

it’s also not like if she dressed up like a cowboy/cowgirl it would have been any better the entire theme (“cowboys and indians”) of pixie lott’s party is based off of genocide

I am so utterly disgusted by those Instagram posts by Jade and her friends. What a slap in the face to all the Native Americans whose cultures were annihilated by the same people who now choose to appropriate it into a tacky costume. Absolutely appalling and disgusting.
