Genuinely, radical acceptance and detachment from outcomes. I have had that fear constantly and that’s the that has helped. People might die, leave, or hate/dislike you.. but the thing is is you can’t exactly control that. All you can do is your best. Enjoy the time with the, communicate, and accept even if you do all the right things and are perfect- there’s still going to be people who dislike you, and that’s not your fault. Sometimes it’s purely to do with them and not you at all. You can’t cheat death. And if someone leaves, then maybe it’s for the best? Whether it’s best for you or them or what, no idea. But we can’t control most things, and we don’t deserve the burden of the anxiety of trying to control it
