super happy girl

so basically I’ve been underweight for my entire adult life but it’s really difficult for me eat more and feel okay physically like eating more leaves me soooo bloated and feels bad but i do have more energy but it’s not sustainable because I don’t really want to eat that much. I think meal replacements would work well for me if I didn’t find the idea of them kind of offputting. literally what am I supposed to do. I like exercising but I like not being bloated and feeling terrible too. also it doesn’t help that I have non weight related food issues like sometimes I’ll wake up and it’s like I’m sooo nauseous or everything is gross and will make me sick so I can only drink hot chocolate and maybe have a cereal bar or porridge if the timing is right. and I’ll be hungry btw and want to eat but food is just so gross to me sometimes. well whatever I had dinner tonight

this feels kind of excessive and unrealistic tbh

poor people deserve nice things < I agree. cheaply made clothing using child labour isn’t nice things though
