Sheppard and Lorne interacted in the memory loss episode (Tabula Rasa?). When neither of them remembered the other but Lorne had Sheppard's picture in his pocket. I know Lorne went on missions with Sheppard's team a couple of times too but I can't remember any specific scenes.
