the greatest gift you can give yourself is release. release attachment, release resentment, release pain, release grief, release negativity. allow yourself release.

Note to self: do not be so addicted to self improvement to the point you are not content with who you are now. To the point you discredit the work you’ve done before. You are a flower. You are delicate therefore you must not discredit your growth. Do not force yourself to bloom prematurely. There is a process darling. Be gracious to yourself. And notice that regardless of if you’ve blossomed or not, you are still a flower. Everyone else sees it. Why can’t you? Yes continue to water yourself, fertilize the soil. But Do not rush the process because in the end you are still bound to be a beautiful flower. Rest in that. Be content with that fact.
