too scared to post this on reddit but does anyone know how to reduce frizz and (painful) tangling in very very very very thick and stubborn hair?
Now im no expert but for clarification my hair is proooobably about 2b-2c????? I'm Lebanese so i have Lebo hair. as the kids say. if that helps. Basically its very very very thick (like, half a foot or more of poof from either side of my face) and very dry and has some waves in it--but it just gets so unbelievably hard to deal with by even the second day after washing. washing it more frequently also isnt really feasible for me, nor is wetting it, because my hair takes well over an entire 24 hours to fully dry from saturated and anywhere from about 6-12 hours from damp.
i tend to tie my hair up in half up half down for everyday or a high ponytail/bun for dance and i notice that it just constantly gets caught on the hair tie (i use the thick ones made for thick and curly hair), even if it's just been detangled.
i also really would Not like to buy any extra products?
are there any alterations to my routine i could make?? has anyone with a similar hair type had a similar problem?? God i gope theres a community on here for this
