Gotta let your bun chill. Bunnies are prey animals and don't typically like to be held anyway. Rabbits do best with doing things on their terms. Don't force interactions! Just because your bun tolerated something doesn't mean they liked it. Also nipping isn't a bad thing. Pickle nips me when he wants attention. It's how buns communicate. Also if you got your reproductive organs removed you'd be upset too! Surgeries, vet visits, pain etc can make your bun crabby and distrustful. Build trust with your rabbit by observing and giving your bun the attention it wants (pets when she presents herself for pets for example), occasional treats and hangin' out! A distrustful bun isn't necessarily a scared bun. They just hold grudges forever! So don't go chasing your rabbit just to hold her because you like holding her. Do things she likes. I spend a good deal of time laying on the floor looking into the box Pickle is digging in. Literally just watching him. Good luck! :o)
