AJ nods “Nick is. He’s the sweetest guy I know, heck of a guy.”

“Pleasure’s all mine, mister…” He reached out his paw.

AJ smiles as he shakes Robin’s paw

“Man, that’s a strong grip you got there. You must give your Nicholas a real challenge.” Robin admired, his smile unwavering.

AJ hangs upside down, his tail wrapped around a tree branch. He was reading a book, it was floating upside down in front of him. He was so absorbed in the book he had no idea someone was walking up to him.

AJ smirks hearing the familiar fox’s voice “Well what brings you here, foxy?”

“Well, I just heard a tip from another dear fox I know in the neighborhood, that you find this to be a quiet place to hang at lunchtime.” He replied, with a slight English brogue.

AJ jumps out of the tree then lands on the ground “Oooh…Blood rushing to the head.”

“Oh my gosh… are you OK? Try not to move too quickly, give yourself a moment.” The vulpine coached, focusing on AJ’s face.

AJ nods “Yeah I’m fine…Not blacked out yet so I’m fine.”

AJ gives a thumbs up “What was with the English sounding accent?”

“What do you mean? This has always been my normal acce- Hmm... is it possible that I remind you of someone else?” The green-wearing vulpine scratched his head.

“Not as fun as it used to be?” The fox asked, popping open a drink for the pair.

“That’s one half of it hon.” AJ said as he sighed 

“And the other?” He asked, with an arm at the lizard’s back.

“The other is that I grew up in the Netherworld, that shit was like Halloween 24/7.”

“So it was more than easy to get burned out. I can understand that.”

“Exactly It’d get dull so fast you’d think it was just a typical day.”

“Oh yeah….we could watch Rocky Horror, have a laugh on Halloween.”

“That’d work for me.” The two guys cuddled on their deck.
