I love that Naruto inspired Hinata to change herself and never give up on attaining her goals and aspirations.

I love that Sasuke was the catalyst for Sakura’s development from an ignorant girl into a compassionate woman.

I love that Hinata’s words always had a way of bringing Naruto out from a state of major self doubt and despair.

I love that Sakura became the “Spring Sunshine” which illuminated Sasuke’s dark life.

But if I had to choose one thing I love which both relationships have in common, it’s how the girls were able to provide the boys with the love that they so sorely needed. I remember Sasuke’s monologue during chapter 699, and how he mentioned that he and Naruto used to be lonely and starved of love:

And now, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Both of them used to have to go home with only silence to welcome them. But now, they both have their families waiting for them, ready to grace their returns with jubilant smiles:
