Chilled Water Skids are the heart of the utilities and thus circulation of chilled water is to be round-the-clock. Any interruption with this circulation causes temperature imbalance in the rooms.

HOT WATER SKID : Hot water is required in HVAC to maintain the temperature while the sensible load / relative humidity can be maintained within defined limits.

PR PHARMA ENGINEERS use the principle of Plate type heat exchanger using steam as a heating media. We also incorporate pressurized expansion to take care of minor variations in pressure drop which happens during valve operation.

MOBILE LAF UNIT serves a purpose similar to the vertical or horizontal LAFS.

Dispensing Booth: Dispensing is a critical activity in Pharma industry. It requires the utmost care while dispensing material and thus the mechanical equipment plays a key role in this part of the process.

Mechanical equipment shall provide a environment in such a way that no traces of the product contaminate the next product.

LAMINAR AIRFLOW: LAMINAR AIR FLOW UNITS provide air with laminar speed to avoid the survival of microbes. The air flow can be vertical or horizontal. Selection of the flow direction depends on the process.

Passboxes both static and Dynamic are required in the pharmaceutical industry to minimize men and materials movement; thus wide opening of doors are avoided. By using passbox with a double door one can reduce the air disturbance thereby maintaining pressure differentials within limit.

The Mist shower is a self-contained chamber that sprays a fine mist inside the chamber. This is done while persons exit the potent facility (while leaving the gowns will be wet sprayed). Wet surfaces won't shred any particles into atmosphere and thus the mist shower became a popular in the Pharmaceutical industry.

FILTER DRIER: FILTERS need to be washed and dried and this is a common process in the Pharmaceutical industry. The Filer Drier should be capable of removing the moisture from the filter and also ensure that the filter does not get damaged.

PR PHARMA ENGINEERS manufacture filter driers which are capable of handling different type of filters in the same machine and at the same time.

These are suitable with hot water or steam as heating media. Our driers are fully programmed with automatic controls in various phases of the drying operation.

HEPA FILTER installation is the single most critical work in the entire pharmaceutical industry. The fitment accuracy will be checked periodically and it shall be ensured for the complete life of the filter.

PR PHAMRA ENGINEERS understand better the criticality of this installation. We are the first people to develop the filter housing which does not require any suspension from the true ceiling. The filter module can rest on the false ceiling panels (metal ceiling panels). Thus we avoided unnecessary suspension rods and left more space in service area. We are also in the process of developing the filter housing as well as light-fitting in the same module.

Ducting: PR PHARMA ENGINEERS are deeply experienced in the fabrication of Ducting and are in the process of redefining the fabrication technology.

We believe more in practical applications and less on theory and this actually made it possible for us to standardize the duct sizes as per CFM.

Standardization helps fabricate materials well in advance and thus helps to complete the project in the right timeframes.

AIR HANDLING UNIT (AHU) is a device used to condition and circulate air as part of cooling and heating of the room. We specialize in Pharmaceutical applications and thus the sizing of AHU is always optimized to meet the intended purpose.
