hi! the meetup starts at 2pm est (or 7pm gmt) on april 21st! you can use a timezone converter to figure out what time this will be for you. the meetup will last a full 24 hours!

hi! no worries about asking questions. the meetup is happening only on tumblr, so if you only want to post a selfie for the purpose of the meetup, then yeah, only post it here. and no, you don’t have to be wearing or do anything specific! just be positive and you’re all good 💛

hi guys! there’s been a lot of negativity and discourse in the phandom lately, so we decided it was a good time to do a meetup to focus on all the good things happening and coming up! 

who can participate?

anyone who watches dan and phil! you do not need to have a dnp specific blog, you just need to watch them and enjoy their content. 

what do you do?

you can do anything! post selfies, edits, a text post, gifs, whatever you want, and tag it with the meetup tags. 

try to stay positive. talk about something you’re looking forward to, something that made you happy, people you appreciate. this is meant to be a happy meetup!

reblog other people’s posts if you want to!

hi guys! this is just a quick welcome to the phandom positivity project.

we’re still figuring out the details of everything we’re going to do on this blog and thinking of ideas for future activities and events, but all the admins are dedicated to helping make the phandom a happier place for everyone.

I know a lot of us are a little sad right now. I know there’s a lot of negativity going around. I know a lot of us are worried. and while we can’t fix everything or help everyone, this is our community and we have the power to make it a little better and happier for others. 

how? send us compliments for you fave blogs and we’ll tag them! engage in activities. we’re going to try to host days to give fic recs, to promo artists, and to support gif and edit makers in the phandom. we’re going to try to host meetups. and we might have some other plans that you can look out for.
