I don’t think you quite understand how it feels as a person of color to have one of the most important out of the slivers of representation I get to be depicted as white. It fucking sucks. It’s also painful and damaging. Also, canon > fanon. ALWAYS. I don’t give a fuck about how you want to imagine Kaladin, cause it isn’t correct and will never be correct. Kaladin. Is. Not. White. Will never be white, and you are an asshole for fancasting him that way.
