Bombardier conceived the Global Express in 1993. It sought to create a business jet that could complete a nonstop flight from Montreal to Tokyo. Three years later, the Global completed its first test flight, and three years after that, Bombardier made the plane available for commercial sale.

The biggest aircraft in most fleets, the Bombardier Global has a cabin measuring 42.5 feet in length, 8.2 feet in width, and 6.3 feet in height. It can carry up to 16 passengers under spacious and well-appointed conditions. The business jet also features 185 cubic feet of baggage space.

The Bombardier Global also has notable performance standards. With a top speed of 540 miles per hour, this plane can travel for more than ten hours without stopping to refuel. It also performs exceptionally well on short runways during takeoff and landing.
