Does that mean shrimpo only came out when the others are gone or when they are asleep?

And does that also mean shrimpo turn back to normal by himself? or was Rodger was the one that cure him?

I have no recollection of what I said but a specific emotion is what makes a twisted violent. When Shrimpo got sad it took away the anger that made him violent, and so he kind offfff regained his consciousness ig? That's why he appears cured despite not having been cured, and it's also how Dandy keeps his shape stable(by avoiding a specific emotion) despite technically being a twisted.

To add onto that, cured twisteds could still go into the violent feral state if they were to strongly feel a specific emotion(what emotion it is depends on the twisted). That was actually going to happen with Cosmo I think... but I never got that far lol

Due to being forgotten and sad Shrimpo avoided everyone(and no one ever bothered looking into his room), so yah he only went out of his room when the others were either out for an expedition or when everyone was sleeping.

Twisteds are created from an overdose of ichor+a specific strong emotion

So even as cured twisteds, if the twisted feels the specific emotion strong enough they will get violent. You saw this with Dazzle, with the eye change and the way he charged at Dandy(his emotion was anger, mostly targetted at Dandy)

Also yk how poppy puked a lot after the 'cure'? What the cure does is just get rid of excess ichor, making it so that the emotion has to be stronger for the twisted to get violent

Dandy has always been a twisted, being tested on the most. All he has to do is keep his temper to 'fit in', tho something from the twisted form stays. In dandy's case, the claws

In Shrimpo's case he got an overdose of ichor somehow idc how. At the time everyone was still quite new at the cycle of going down and extracting ichor, so he was one of the earliest toons to get twisted yay. His anger made him violent, and he was about to hurt the other toons. But when they left him he got the realisation of his consequences for being all rude. No one cared about him, and they wouldn't even notice if he died. This made him just sad, and without the anger festering he calmed down.

As Dandy, Shrimpo also has something extra from the twisted form, that being the extra... leg thingies on his head lol

Shrimpo got back up by breaking down doors with his newfound strength from the extra ichor and going up emergency stairs. He snuck in when toons were either away or sleeping and then just locked himself in his room. He stayed there until it got dead silent :D that's when the comic starts yay

After a break, the 4 go down again. Shrimpo's searching for an extractor when he suddenly stumbles upon Rodger!! Not twisted, just sleeping curled up like a cat on the top of a shelf. He's the only non-twisted toon!! Aside from some event toons probably. This is a shock to everyone😮 but it's fine because now we have someone who actually knows how to work on the cure! Yay! He figures out why the twisteds r the way they r later. Rodger is also the only surving non-event toon

Ofc there was more eeehhh... Sprout and Cosmo had a big fight to the point of Cosmo throwing his uhhh sweet charm i think it was.. not long after that they ended up twisted. This ended up with Cosmo having a specific kind of amnesia, only remembering things after meeting twisted Sprout for the first time(after being cured). Oh and this fun thing from the doc:

Cosmo makes the realisation they were never cured. The only thing stopping them from attacking others is because they remember their morals and don't want to hurt their friends. They have violent tendencies and hold back a lot. Cosmo, though, lost his morals with his memories. He’s more than willing to hurt toons. The only thing stopping him is that he likes his friends.

Glisten was gonna come not long after Rodger lalala. Goob is also here at some point, im pretty sure he bit off shrimpos arm, which wouldve probably been the first hint to "shrimpo isnt what he says he is" with him just using the excess ichor to fix his arm like nothing happened

And Bobette is the only confirmed actually dead toon for some reason yeah
