I feel like whoever does something wrong definitely sets the tone. Because there are some people who the others wouldn't give up right away. There are some who would give themselves up after enough time. So lets go by who has done the naughty thing. You said Robin's but Cass gets to join in.
(Babs and Duke are excluded because I know next to nothing about Duke rn and Babs would never let Bruce do this to her. She doms that man if they have sexual encounters)
Dick: No one is giving Dick up, I fear. Jason might consider it, but he's angrier at Bruce honestly, so he ends up cursing Bruce out and getting spanked after Dick admits it. Because Dick will eventually admit he did something (he's played these games too long for anything else). Bruce is far too easy on him in response to him admitting it.
Cass: In a similar vein, no one is giving Cass up because no one knows it was her. However, if she does something wrong she will usually admit to it within very little time of this punishment.
Jason: Jason will not admit shit thank you very much. However Tim, Damian, even Dick are all likely to rat him out if given the chance, so he has to hide it from them. If he does manage to hide it from them, he eventually does get found out (probably by Bruce figuring it out on his own) and if that's the case Jason has quite a while of edging to go.
Steph: Steph will probably admit what she did after a bit of encouragement. Plus knowing that admitting cuts her punishment in half. If she doesn't do it fast enough though, Dick would absolutely tell Bruce, so would Jason and Damian.
Tim: Tim is not giving himself up. Jason would tell Bruce, but he's good at hiding it from Jason. Damian is a bit harder, so sometimes Tim will lie and blame it on Damian (if Bruce figures it out Damian gets an award/apology and Tim gets punished like 3x worse. If he doesn't figure it out Tim has to be careful for a few weeks because Damian will kill him). Dick and Steph would not give Tim up. Cass might, depending on what he did.
Damian: Damian is not giving himself up unless forced. Jason and Tim both would give him up, and Steph might depending on how he's been treating her recently. Dick would never (unless Bruce lets her punish Damian too, which-) Cass might. So Bruce either finds out himself or Jason, Tim, or Steph says something if they know about it. Or possibly Cass.
