Summary:
A strange substance aboard DS9 is lowering people’s inhibitions, and being the very helpful man that he is, Dukat observes the events unfold in ops and then follows captain Sisko around to offer perfectly fine advice. When Dukat sees an opportunity to humble him, he takes it without hesitation – though it turns out that Sisko has a very different understanding of what it is Dukat really wants.
