rule 1 - please don’t god mod my muses. I know it sucks, you know it sucks, so don’t do it. Plus it’s not fun for anyone and it can make things awkward. 

rule 2 - my rl schedule is hella busy. I love writing, but the reality is, I’ll probably only make it on a couple nights a week, if that. There will be times you’ll see me more, but probably not often. 

rule 3 - I don’t really have banned fcs. I work really hard to see the character past the fc. There are some folks who I’m not the most comfortable with, but I’ll let you know if someone that fits the bill slides in. 

rule 4 - I don’t write smut or really anything NSFW, please don’t try to force that on me. That’s a guaranteed way to make this rp thing not work. 

It's been 4 months since my last check in.

My tiny humans are 7 months old now.

I'm alive. We're thriving (mostly).

Someone (looking at you, jules) may have asked me to write again and I miss it, so here I am. Maybe.

The twins are 3 months old. 

Life is (as you can imagine) hella busy.

But I fully intended to and then I just fully stopped writing altogether.

I miss writing in this space and as time allows in 2023, I want to get back to it.

Nathan froze, his eyes darting between Cassidy and the nursery door where he knew Cassidy had put the baby down not long ago. For a moment, he held his breath, listening for any sounds that would tell him he needed to prepare for wrath from his wife that was very rarely directed at him.

"Not awake," he murmured after a moment, turning to face her, a bright smile on his face. "Nothing to worry about."

In just a few short weeks, Katherine had become used to waking up at the first sounds of whimpers from the baby. There had been a time in her life when she'd been sure she didn't want this. When she was content with her business and with life the way it was.

Then Jason swept back into her life and everything had changed. Suddenly this was what she wanted. Maybe without the no sleep of it all, sure, but even that, Katherine was relishing with the baby.

"You sure?" she mumbled, blinking slowly as she rolled over to look at him. Even as she asked, she knew what he'd say. It was the same every time.
