Here's everything I've done today.

I decided to go with a more chibi-like walksprite, mostly for proportion purposes.

If you are interested in producing pieces for Permafrost, please let me know, and we will discuss this. I do not really need any other musicians, seeing as I am perfectly capable of composing the soundtrack myself, but if anyone wants to help out, I'm more than happy to make allowances!

Not all of the music may find it's way into the game, but it certainly will be featured on the Permafrost Official Soundtrack, uploaded to my Bandcamp. Since the game is free, and therefore the Soundtrack also, don't expect to make any profit.

I am looking for instrumental pieces only, and genre does not matter so much so long as it fits the feel of the game, which I'll show you what I mean by that upon contact with myself.

I've completely remixed and remastered the few songs I'd already completed, including the main theme, Permanently Frozen, because I've since gotten a much better software for digital music, and a much better selection of quality soundfonts.

I am by no means dropping this project, merely postponing it until I regain motivation!

So far, my plan is as follows:

Release the Alpha to Alpha Testers in mid-to-late December.

Receive feedback, make adjustments, bug fixes, and more details.

Release the Beta to everyone for download sometime next year. Undecided when.

Receive feedback, etc., etc., and finalize the game with all of the minor details and plot elements sewn up.

Release the finished game even later next year, depending on when the Beta is released.
