The same way someone who is gay, likes men, may not call themselves gay, but instead "unlabelled", or "male-loving", "Achillean", etc. It genuinely does not harm you that a person who is supportive just so happens to not call themselves radqueer, it is OKAY

i’m gonna hold your hand when i say this. nobody is “stealing resources”. that’s a made up issue here. if more people have a demand for wheelchairs, more wheelchairs will be manufactured. if more people show up to protests about disabled rights and healthcare, how is that a bad thing? you do know a lot of transabled people are ALREADY disabled, right? they’re not all just out to fake disabilities to get attention. they’re actually real people with lives and feelings and things that you DONT know about them. what happened to “not all disabilities as visible!!!” and all that? what happened to not judging someone’s ability based solely on physical appearance? transabled people aren’t your enemy. you should all be mobilizing against the healthcare systems keeping disabled people from obtaining aids and medical treatment instead of worrying about internet discourse.
