Hands on Learning and Academic Fun! Our educational team is made up of two highly skilled teachers with extensive background in an educationally therapeutic setting. Academics will focus on math, science, and language arts specific for each age group and level. Our academics approach includes hands on learning with exploratory play and STEM based approach.

Performance Pediatrics Summer Camp 2020

• Program runs Monday-Thursday, 9-1pm. August 3rd-August 27th at our Lafayette clinic. • Open to the public and All children who want to have an exciting summer! • 4 week program with educational/ hands on learning, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and social skills/ speech therapy fun! • Children will be separated by age: • 3-5 years old • 6-9 years old • 10-12 years old • Pricing: $1650 for 4 weeks $150 off if paid in full by June 1st. • Final sign up deadline: July 1st.

King of Swings Workshop

Alex is a developer for Southpaw Enterprises.

He has taught this wonderful hands-on course all over the country and the world! Alex has an amazing repertoire of fun and therapeutic sensory tools and strategies! Come and experience new motivating activities! Course will include: Demonstration and breakdown of Sensorimotor Treatment Interventions. Therapists will gain appreciation of how sensorimotor problems affect movement and function and how to build upon foundational skills to improve function within a multisensory environment. Therapists will learn how to design a versatile sensorimotor program using a variety of tools including DIY equipment, creative techniques with different equipment pieces, as well as new and fun activities and games!

Happy Thanksgiving !!!

The attitude of Gratitude.

While we are all busy with everyday happenings, thanksgiving has been on my mind… what to eat, where is everyone going,… and what we all are thankful for…

I was still grateful for my 8 year old still wanting to snuggle with me. There are a few more:

I’m grateful for all the families and children that walk through our door everyday and who feel more like our performance family !

I’m grateful for the good natured and hardworking atmosphere we have here in the office !

Grateful for everything we are able to provide to you and your child at performance ! this month we are doing many different thanksgiving crafts to work on fine motor, motor planning, visual motor and attention skills etc. We will be making thanksgiving craft turkeys, owls, and pilgrim stick figures at the choosing of our performance kiddos.
