Today is exactly one year ago when everything was so new, exciting, and heart-pounding (?) Facing various events in the beginning of a new life as a 'newcomer' in the Land down under e.g. - Had a puzzled journey to find Myki card, - Got a very first, brief, unguided Melbourne city tour while facing real struggle with cold, - Got lost on the way home, - Had a random shared dinner, - Lost one of gloves, and - etc Some were silly, yet fun! Most of them were pleasant and valuable. Anyway, still can't believe how fast time flies! A year has passed, another year awaits 🍀 (at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia)

It seems like yesterday I introduced you each other, then you told me how's your first impression after your first encounter in Jakarta. And you have always been in love. As our Prophet Muhammad SAW said that "There is nothing better for two who love each other than marriage", finally you both managed it yesterday, in the happiest day in your life. You tied the knot! [230314] - Ekspedisi Gili Petagan - Monitoring Rehabilitasi Hutan Pantai . The excitement of first official duty 😁 . Expectations : 07.00 WITA - Departed from Mess Diponegoro, Selong 08.30 WITA - Arrived at the location in Sambelia (I didn't know that we actually had to cross the sea) . Reality 08.00 WITA - Departed from Mess Diponegoro, Selong 09.12 WITA - Arrived at port in Sambelia ... not straight away crossing the sea but waiting for another personnel that eventually was left behind. ... Mr. E : "Kita tunggu dulu Mr. A baru nyebrang." Me : "Nyebrang pak?" 😱 Mr. E : "Iya nyebrang. Kan mau ke gili. Kenapa? Mabuk laut?" Me : "Nggak sih tapi nggak suka aja naik perahu.". 😰 Mr. E : "Terus gimana kalo nggak mau nyebrang? Apa mau ditinggal di sini aja?" Me : "Oke pak ikut nyeberang!!!!" 😫😫😫 ... Around 10.00 WITA, I ended up crossing the sea with a heavy heart. Since a water journey wasn't really my cup of tea, I never expected that this trip was gonna be so fun. Yet, I was wrong. It was indeed so fun. In that small island where there was no inhabitants except vegetations and animals, I carried out my first duty with full excitement. Once the small boat returned to the main island to pick other personnels and left me with my 4 accociates in this deserted island, it felt like I owned my private island 😅 ... After more than 4 hours working under the sun, counting the number of survived seedling in that desolated island, we returned to the main island. ... ***What is actually the point?*** 💃🍀 (at Gili Petagan Lombok Timur)
