I hate talking on the phone but sometimes I just need to know someone is there. This is truly a life saver

I used this and it really did help, they are there until you calm back down and then as soon as you feel ready to stop talking all you have to do is say so

Counselors are there to talk to anyone who is feeling upset at all, there’s no threshold of suffering you need to meet to get help.

It’s 3:11 AM and I haven’t slept all night

I spend half of the night binge-reading mah old books and then i watched a youtube video about dreams and it said that people who stay up late are more likely to get nightmares and dat freaked me out because i hate nightmares so I ended up staying up the whole entire night.
