my younger sister + her sweet elderly dog need help getting back to our state + leaving abusive family who won't stop torturing her. she can't eat. she can't sleep. all her time is dictated by whatever they want her to do.

her hair in balling up into mats because she can't even bring herself to brush her hair or shower any more.

she is so vibrant, funny, caring, her compassion is endless but she's being pushed to the edge of what her body and mind can handle. her heart can't stop racing and aching, she's freezing sweating and burning up randomly.

please please please help me get her home and help get her stable housing. she's needs a lot more medical care than i can describe here. even $1, $3, $5 helps if most people who see this give something. please don't skip us.

essentially i was already very chronically ill and constantly in the hospital for sepsis and then i had a surgery that went very badly and now ive spent my time in the hospital for 2 and a half months and then the last two weeks in a post-acute nursing home waiting for my next surgery.

i have a bowel perforation, have for the last 3 months and they wont do surgery until my nutrition labs are better. problem is, my nursing home wont accommodate my diet so my nutrition levels have actually gone DOWN instead of trending up like they need to. this means ive had to order a lot of delivery and my funds are running out fast. so i could really use some help with that bc this really sucks and i keep getting infections from the bowel leak and my intestines are literally exposed to air through a fistula on my belly rn. would really really appreciate the help bc again this sucks so bad, my quality of life is so poor right now and i just need to improve my nutrition levels so i can get out of this nursing home and back into the actual world please

this is not life-threatening, but also who wants weeks of diarrhea and a fucking parasite in them lol. if you suspect you've already had this and it's passed, i would see a doctor. you might need an antiparasitic anyway. if you're actively sick, see a doctor and they might be able to prescribe medication to help you get over it faster.

try to avoid eating raw vegetables, scrub fruit with a produce brush and rinse thoroughly with water. again, don't bother with premade greens or bagged salads. if you buy lettuce, remove the outer 2-3 layers of leaves.

Things arent looking good. We've not really gotten any donations, and I'm out of time. My bank account is significantly overdrafted at the moment, so the rent is paid but now i'm on a crunch to actually put the money in my account accrue debt.

If anyone forgot whats goin on: I'm a disabled and black trans man who is no longer able to work due to long covid. I am currently waiting for my disability determination, but have no other income. My partners full time job is not remotely sufficient to support us.
