Very tired. Veterinarian visits very expensive, but Xander has meds for his nausea until his ultrasound next week to see if anything can be found.
They said it's leaning towards cancer but can't verify unless they do an endoscopy for 1500$. Today's ultrasound was 600 and I approved for them to do further blood testing to rule out other possible issues that's another 400. Don't know how much the steroids he's being put on will be. I might ask for help with the endoscopy because things are getting really overwhelming, today alone took all the money from selling my collection of jewelry and belongings. also might need to replace my wheelchair to something more suited to my needs post hospital. the one im looking at has a headrest and recline feature which would be so helpful for my cci and dysautonomia and allow me to have more freedom. my current one doesnt have the front wheels attached rn and i haven't been able to fix it.
new chair is $989. would really appreciate the help getting it

Not so much personal design as assembling random silver scrap from cleaning the bench - the shank is from a swedish silver spoon that had too many cracks to be salvaged, one singleton cubic zirconia earstud, and a freshwater (i assume) pearl i picked out of a broken gold pendant that was traded in.
