Yanogrod
Capital: Dovchishki National Motto: Langues d'argent et collines d'or (tongues of silver and hills of gold)
Located in the south of Eteriske, Yanogrod is a wealthy nation known for its seemingly bottomless gold mines and shrewd diplomats and merchants. It is bordered by four other countries Roordahuizum to the east, Shilu to the northeast, Ielaskaya to the northwest, and Illesto to the west.
The flag of Yanogrod is blue, yellow, and white with the national emblem in the center, the colors of the flag represent the precious metals (gold, silver, and cobalt). The emblem in the center was the symbol of the metalworkers guild that played in instrumental role in the overthrowing the corrupt monarchs which has at one point ruled over the country.
Besides being known for mining, Yanogrod is also well known for being one of the leading producers of lemongrass tea in Eslaria and is believed to be one of the first countries to first cultivate the plant for consumption in the Gyang Valley near the border with Roordahuizum.
During the early summer months in the capital of Dovchishki, hot air balloon rides are a popular activity among both locals and tourists, especially the tours which go over the historic city center, giving a bird’s eye view of the beautiful architecture

Monday, December 3rd - Wednesday, December 12th • Song Submission Period
You will have this time to hold a national selection or internally select the song of your choice, so long as it meets the contest requirements and is in before the stated deadline, we do ask however to not try and submit last minute as we are working on a cramped schedule and will be working on things as they come in.
Sunday, December 16th • Live Show
This is where we will listen to the songs that have been selected to participate. Afterwards, you as the jury and televoters will be asked to vote at this time. Again, if at all possible, please do not try to vote last minute. This is where our schedule gets really cramped as we start to enter the holidays.
Wednesday, December 26th • Votes Due
If your votes are not submitted by this time, you will receive a deduction on your final score and a possible ban from next edition.
Sunday, December 30th • Live Results Show
It’s time to crown a new winner! Who will it be? Be there and find out!
