This is my I don’t want to workout face. I set myself a 15 minute pout timer. After 15 I’ll go to the gym, for now, pouting.

Also, some dude just hung out in the gym almost the entire time I was there. At first he was as on the elliptical. Then he hung out on the weight bench, texted someone, played with his phone. Hung out on the floor for a while. He eventually left when I was just about to start my cool down.

Good Morning everyone, happy Monday.  I feel super cute today and I’m drinking my coffee from one of my favorite mugs.  Not a bad way to start the week.Â
I’ve decided to weigh and report daily. I’m not really making progress and I really want to trend down. I’ve done great Monday’s but then the week drags on and I get lazy. Maybe checking in daily can help push everything else along. Consistency, That’s my real goal.
Yeah, it’s called hazel eyes. They have a bunch of different colors in them at get picked up when you wear different colors, you are around different colors.
Ok this just happened....I went for a bike ride and put one of my go to workout playlists on. I am not so much a fast biker so I get inordinately excited whenever I pass anyone. There was some dude on the trail ahead of me, the opening bass line to “Eye of the Tiger” comes on. I push myself and I pass biker dude and he doesn’t catch up. Totally made the ride.

If I don’t do prep day I won’t be able to make decent choices so most Sundays are my cooking days. I went food shopping yesterday and made this amazing peanut butter chicken soup. (It’s not super pretty so I didn’t take pictures but trust me it’s amazing.

I have a crazy amount of almond meal thanks to a subscribe-and-save accident so I’ve been on the lookout for decent almond meal recipes so it won’t go to waste.
I found this one when meal planning so I thought I’d give it a try. Just finished baking it and it’s so good and only 9g carbs! This will definitely work for both my breakfast and with some jam on top will keep my husband’s sweet tooth happy.
