I found this great blog that discuss the essentials of having a proper "Call to Action" that pushes users to where you want them to go. It amazes me how many web pages and ads have ZERO Call to Action like they assume the users will just do exactly what they want no matter what. That just isn't the case we are consumers to we need to be told the features and benefits of your product/services.
