i have a serious shopping addiction

i ❤️ unattainable, emotionally unavailable boys

my safe food is tuc crackers and today i was buying them and my grandma told me in detail how much fat the are and now i wanna cry

tomorrow is fast day bc i literally gained all of the seasickness weight back and im so sick of being fat and lazy

told my friend i’ve been starvin for 3 years and the only thing she said was maybe see a therapist bc its not that bad yet (bc im not underweight at least visibly yay😍) i love my life

i lost 2kg bc i was seasick😭

im seasick from sailing and i literally cannot think of food without throwing up and im loving it

sometimes i think about the fact that i’ll either die or recover eventually but thats such a crazy. thought so i just push it to the back of my mind

found a scale in the hotel room😍😍

i want to die im pn holiday rn and i cant restrict bc 1 its not my family and 2 my friend would notice and i was finally back on track now im freaking out
