Not sure if this is official or not, but I heard there was a leaked script where Kylo Ren appoints Hux as chancellor and my brain is going wild.

I came across this post by @slipperydevorak ( slipperydevorak.tumblr.com/post/189863542949/ok-but-imagine-this-hux-is-too-smart-to-think-he ) and really liked the conversation written between Kylo Ren/Ben Solo and Hux if things ended differently. Instead of having them freely walking around during the Resistance celebration though, I had them see each other as prisoners after the war. They will eventually be taken to court to figure out what to do with them.
