ANNOUNCING: Pardon
In the world of Namu, several races exist: Humans, Elves, Phoenai, Eternals, Drace, Minos, and many more.
Of these, each has the capacity to wield some form of magic, whether through sorcery, mysticism, or another supernatural ability.
However, things begin to turn awry when Empress Cecelia and her daughter Princess Anastasia continue to expand the Drace empire, Cadmus.
It’s up to four select individuals—Vivica, Adonis, Mossellé, and Taijae—to train their fourteen handpicked students to restore balance in Namu.
After several years of diligent work, we are ready to share the world of Pardon with everyone. Pardon is the premiere comic of three Afro-Latinos, A. Enrique Herrera ( co-writer), Gene Herrera, (co-writer, illustrator, letterer, and inker) and T. S.Herrera (editor). We have taken great care to develop the fantasy setting, characters, and story of Pardon. After noticing the lack of diversity in modern fantasy comics, we have taken the time to envision Pardon as a multicultural universe.
We want Pardon to be accessible online in digital format. However, we also aim to physically place Pardon in the hands of as many people and communities as possible. To achieve this we plan to print Pardon ourselves through Kickstarter. Though our Kickstarter campaign has yet to go live, we are excited to share this with everyone.Â
