We make so many decision every day in life. From when we wake up to when we go to bed we are constantly making a choice. This or that. To add milk & sugar to coffee or not. To walk across the crosswalk with only 4 seconds left or to wait patiently. 

It’s not uncommon to let all these every day questions clutter our minds. We forget that all these choices we make stem from how we feel- happy or sad. Sure there are those in between feelings, like okay, overjoyed, excited, etc. but let’s focus…ask yourself, “am I happy or sad?”
