if I could I would make an entire canon-adjacent rewrite of Galaxy from Ibuki's pov giving details about him and his relationships with everyone else on the team and how he eventually befriends them and then ends up together with Shindou by the end of it and also some family background for him and stuff

And then I have this whole post-galaxy AU that would be from Shindou's pov where they both are highschool first years (in different schools) and they get selected for the internationals again and of course stuff happens again because when has Kageyama ever given up right?? And there would be a lot of angst and pain (physical and psychological) but a lot of Munetaku fluff and interdependency too because of course they end up unhealthyly interdependent I mean have you seen them!!!! Also some cool Ibuki-Kirino bounding because they would be on the same team and I think they deserve to be friends

And in contrast lately I've been putting myself to sleep thinking about a few scenes in between these two (big) parts where they're just,,, dealing with long distance relationship and missing each other and learning to open up with their own weird language and bickering and,,, it's very cute :( like Shindou just mentioning to the other Raimon guys that he's missing Ibuki and they take it upon themselves to contact Ibuki and tell him to surprise him by spending the weekend at Inazuma, and Shindou is surprised but super happy but too embarrassed to show it in public and they'd all have fun training together and,,, idk all these little cute domestic things...... I can't stop thinking about all of it really that's basically all I ever do... Imagine them going home after spending the whole evening with the Raimon team and getting to hold hands on the way there,,, then finally getting to hug once they're inside... And Ibuki & Tsurugi scenes because I love their friendship and and Munetaku going shopping together just because Shindou wants to and Shindou helping Ibuki with classes he struggles with and feeling all proud that Ibuki brought his school stuff and asked him for it!!! Like, oh, how he's grown!! And of course I can't resist making Ibuki look cool so he'd have become that super super good goalkeeper by then and Shindou would try super hard to find techniques to score a goal during training and they would bicker and challenge each other while the team and coaches watch, all 😌 and amused and fond and basically everyone loves them and each other and everything is cute.... 🥲🥲
