Pandora is the youngest of the Nott siblings. A pureblood family of the sacred twenty-eight that heavily believed in the cause. From a young age it was apparent that she was not like the rest of them, a uniqueness that led to her being called odd and peculiar. It wasn't until she was old enough to understand that it wasn't a good thing; deciding she didn't care.
She didn't have a lot of friends growing up, considering the society events they would attend as a family, she found herself drifting to the outskirts to be alone, captivated into what always held her attention - magic
It was entering in Hogwarts that she found it the hardest to be accepted, being sorted into Slytherin, she tended to keep in the shadows and found in the towers at night. It was learning more about magic that her abilities grew, most not believing what she told them. When it comes to magic pandora can feel when it's being used, giving off a warmth or coldness, and when she is looking at cursed objects or spells starting to form, they are like weaved threads of different colours, which allows her to manipulate them into her own spells.
Anything magic related held her attention in school, a few professors taking her under their wing to help her abilities grow, curious to see what she could do.
There had always been a fascination for the Dark Arts, not for the reason others might, but there was something about the magic that could keep her engaged for hours, trying to figure out who it all worked. That is what led her to working at Cobb and Webb's when she left Hogwarts and continued her studies in all aspects of magic outside.
Her being Death Eater aligned rests solely on her families beliefs, not wanting to create anymore turmoil between them since she wasn't a normal witch to their standards.

Pandora rarely spent time at the White Wyvern. She was far more at ease finishing her work and heading home to tinker with whatever peculiar trinket awaited her there. Still, curiosity, or perhaps the need for a change of scenery, had drawn her through the pub’s doors. She paused just inside, scanning the room for anyone she might recognize before making her way to the bar to order a drink.
With her glass in hand, Pandora quickly realised every table was full. Her gaze drifted to a lone figure seated nearby, and after a moment’s hesitation, she approached with a small, polite smile. “Would you mind if I joined you?” she asked, her tone warm but cautious, as though testing the mood before sitting down.
The words felt like they were tugging out of his mouth unwillingly, not knowing how to frame his question; he was trying to ask. Having a conversation with Pandora that didn't end in an argument was new to him and so he continued carefully. "Loved," he corrected after a moment, his heart taking a cold stab at the realization. Estelle would live in his past like she had before, but he didn't know where they would barrel to next. Somehow, he didn't think they stood in a future together without him overthinking his previous prospects. "I'm wondering how genuine any...love is. But I appreciate you answering. I know this is an imposition. I hope you've been well...might advise you to not go near veelas."
Her brows furrowed slightly when Beck used the word “loved,” the correction enough to make her tilt her head with a thoughtful nod. It wasn’t her place to dig, how he felt about someone else was his story, not hers. “Then I’m sorry it didn’t work out,” she said softly, lifting her cup for another sip of tea as his words lingered in her mind.
“I do believe love is real,” Pandora mused. “It’s more than just a feeling, it’s something that stitches two souls together. Like when I weave two spells into one and they become something entirely new.” One day, she hoped, she would find that missing piece of herself.
“You’re not an imposition,” she added with a gentle shake of her head. “I’ll remember that.” A quiet beat passed before curiosity slipped in. “Do you miss her? This person?”
Anthony giggled as if he could already fully understand Pandora, grabbing at the neckline of her shirt and playing with the fabric. He was an intelligent child, Flick could tell. She had a feeling he'd cause her no end of trouble as he got older.
"I--" She ran her hands over her hair and sighed, moving to drop herself down on the couch. "Oh, I hardly know. We were so in love, and I broke his heart so badly, he shouldn't want anything to do with me. But somehow he does. I haven't told him about Anthony. How could I? What would I even say? 'Oh, hello Max, welcome to town it's me the woman who betrayed your trust and broke your heart and what do you know also had your baby'? Sometimes I think he might've forgiven me, or at least partially forgiven me, and then others... I want him to forgive me. He made me so happy. I don't think he can until he knows the full truth of it, but how on earth can I even tell him? The whole reason I was sent to the States in the first place was to arrest him and the people he worked for."
Pandora shifted the baby gently in her arms, giving her full attention to her cousin as she spoke.
She nodded slowly, absorbing every word, though the conversation stirred an unwelcome memory, Beck showing up at her apartment that night. She pushed the thought aside. Dating was complicated enough, and relationships even more so. “That’s… a lot to take in,” she admitted, still trying to piece it all together. “He deserves to know he’s a father. He might need some time for it to really sink in, but you can’t build anything with him unless he knows the truth.” Her words were honest and sincere.
Beck could already feel the room swell with tension. Asking a former relationship about a deep feeling like love was harder to ask than he thought. Love wasn't something tangible to hold in your hand, it was something that slipped through if you weren't careful. Beck offered an apologetic smile at Pandora for humbling him with an honest answer. "I did too for what it's worth," he answers and leans back against the cushions. "It's recently come to my attention that I have-had feelings for a veela. I was starting to question everything else...everyone else," he corrected, glancing up at her. "I realize this is completely overstepping. I sincerely apologize. I can leave if that is too much."
Pandora wasn’t entirely sure where Beck was going with this. The conversation felt odd, yet she saw no reason to hide what she was thinking or feeling. Whatever they’d once shared was long over, its ending still a loss, but she liked to believe there was at least a little courtesy left between them.
She nodded slightly at his admission about the veela, a flicker of jealousy twisting low in her stomach before she pushed it aside. “And you love this person,” she said quietly. “But now you’re wondering if it was her magic that made you feel that way?”
There was a brief pause before she lifted her cup again. “You’re fine,” she murmured with a small shrug, taking another sip of her tea.

“I think he likes you more than he likes my sister.” Flick said with a laugh, watching Anthony reach out to Pandora. Seeing her family dote on her son eased something in her heart. She hadn’t been sure whether or not she could really do this on her own but they had all accepted him so readily. It almost made her want to cry.
Flick paused for a moment to gather her thoughts. She given her family the barest of details about Max when she’d first come home. The baby’s father was in America; no she didn’t expect to see him again. Pandora was one of the few family members that had seen her cry over him. “Anthony’s father is in town. I think he’s staying.”
The moment the tiny arms stretched toward her, Pandora instinctively gathered the baby close, brushing a soft kiss to the tip of his nose. She might have been the odd one in the family, but the bond she shared with her cousin was something she cherished deeply. “That will be our little secret,” she whispered with a small smile, before turning back to Felicity, a faint crease forming between her brows.
“Oh…” It wasn’t what she had expected to hear, certainly not something they’d ever really spoken about. “And how does that make you feel?”
It was a rare day off for Freya, and as a result, she found herself browsing through an array of goods on display at Ye Olde Curiosity Shop. Her eyes fell upon a ring, where the jewel was the most mysterious shady, a glistening swirl of purple and blue. It would be a fabulous gift for her younger sister.
Freya was just about to reach out to try it on when a voice pulled her attention, warning her about touching the ring. Albeit suspicious, Freya did listen, curious at to what the woman's intentions were.
Pandora’s pale eyes lingered on the ring as she turned to the woman, a soft smile curving her lips. “Yes,” she said in a voice that was certain “I’m not entirely sure what sort of magic it holds, but the colours… they’re not just pretty, are they? They move as though they’re breathing, and that usually means a curse.”
She leaned a little closer, her gaze unfocused, as if she could see beyond the gem into something only she could sense. “I’ve touched plenty of cursed objects before, but this one feels… different. It’s almost as if it’s waiting for someone.”
Her head tilted, long hair slipping over one shoulder as she studied the swirl of purple and blue. “Still, I’d like to see what might be done with it. Curses aren’t always dreadful things, they can be puzzles too, or even protections. It would be quite fascinating to discover which this one is.”
The letter had been sent, the answer anticipated and the visit even more. When Pandora finally stood in front of her the Rosier twin couldn't help the joy. "I was thinking you might want to take a look at some of the new designs that will be joining the others during the fall and winter season."
Leta held out her hand, ready for the other to take it as she turned and hurried away. There was excitement evident within her. "Come, come. I'm sure there are plenty designs you might just end up loving." Not many had been given a chance to take a look at the yet unreleased designs. It did seem like a fun adventure, though.
The letter had been received, and the invitation was exactly what Pandora had hoped for. Standing in front of Leta, her lips curved into a warm smile. “I wouldn’t miss the chance to see what you’ve been working on. New designs always carry a kind of magic before anyone else gets to see them.”
She slipped her hand into Leta’s without hesitation, letting herself be tugged along with a spark of amusement. “Lead the way then. I’ll admit, you’ve piqued my curiosity. Who knows? Perhaps I’ll find something that feels like it was meant just for me.”
Anthony was awake and happy, gurgling in his high chair when someone knocked at the door. Flick was glad for the company, honestly. As much as she loved her son he didn't make for good conversation quite yet.
"Panda, how lovely!" She said as she caught sight of her cousin. "Come in, Anthony's awake and I'm sure he'll be thrilled to see you. Did you bring me treats?"
Pandora slipped into her cousin’s flat without hesitation, a box of goodies balanced in her hands. “I brought treats for you both,” she announced cheerfully, kicking off her shoes before heading straight for the kitchen. “I couldn’t wait to see my nephew.” They weren’t siblings in that sense, but in her heart, she’d always be his auntie.
“How have you been?” she asked with a bright smile, her expression softening the moment she caught sight of the baby. Leaning down, she pressed a gentle kiss to the top of his head. “Did you miss me?” she teased. Of course, she didn’t expect an answer, but the baby’s gurgles and wide grin said enough.
Beck hadn't been thinking clear since he and Estelle walked away from the situation. There had been too many things to fix that Beck suggested some time to think. But days became weeks that became a couple of months. It felt like he was crawling towards clarity, but it had been a slow crawl to get there. None of his ideas had led him to Pandora until now. He knew that there had been actual love there before and not anything artificial or made up, but now everything else was brought into question. The last time he saw Pandora, it didn't end well so asking her any intimate questions about their relationship seemed like a shot in the dark, but at least he could say he tried.
He settled onto the couch, feeling out of place in a room that used to be his as well. "Thank you," he said, cupping the tea between his hands. "I'm sorry if this is crossing a line, but I've had something recently happen and just wanted to ask...besides the end, we were good, right? There was...love?"
Pandora sank into the lounge chair opposite him, fingers curling around her own teacup as curiosity stirred about what Beck might ask.
His question caught her completely off guard, words she never imagined hearing from him. She let the silence stretch for a beat, allowing the weight of it to settle before she spoke. “Was there love in our relationship?” Her voice was gentle, almost wistful. “I did love you.” And in truth, some small part of her probably always would. “I wanted a future with you.” Even with their differences, she had believed they could endure.

Pandora stopped by the little bakery near her cousin’s place to pick up breakfast before heading over. Having Felicity back in London felt comforting, family who accepted her for who she was.
With a quiet pop, she apparated just outside her door. She gave a gentle knock, uncertain if Anthony was still asleep and didn't want to wake him.
On her lunch break, Pandora found herself drifting back to a shop window that had caught her eye earlier. Before long, she was standing at a jewellery rack, her gaze locked on a ring shimmering with shades of purple and blue.
Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed a hand reaching toward it. “I wouldn’t touch that if I were you.” There was something strangely unsettling about the piece.
Beck stepped awkwardly into the apartment, the familiar feeling of Pandora's place hitting him. It was a strange mix of books, something herbal, and… her. It was something that used to bring him comfort. "Yeah, everything's… fine," he said, the lie feeling heavy on his tongue. The last time they had seen each other hadn't ended so well, and he wondered if he had reacted too strongly. There was a time when he saw her every day, but now it felt like looking into the eyes of a stranger. There was a lot on his mind, and it felt like he was just dragging it around with him everywhere he went. "Are those new curtains?" he asked, his eyes fixing on the drapes by the window. Beck turned back to her and dropped his gaze. "I have something to ask you."
Pandora quietly closed the door after Beck and followed him into the apartment. “Why don’t you take a seat? I’ll grab the tea,” she said gently. Their last conversation still lingered between them, heavy and unfinished. There had been a comfort in what they shared, at least for a while. She had thought maybe, just maybe, he really saw her. But time and differences had proved otherwise.
It didn’t take long before she returned with two cups, setting the tray on the table. She caught his glance toward the curtains and gave a small nod. “Yeah, they’re new.” She left out the part about a spell backfiring on her, it didn’t seem important now.
Her brows lifted slightly at his words. “You do?” she repeated, surprised by the shift in his tone. She poured him a cup and, with a flick of her fingers, sent it floating gently to where he sat. “What is it you need to ask?”
"That sounds like the beginning of a good story, not the end of a conversation. Do tell me what happened. Do you need me to do anything?" It was a soft effort on her account, not thinking that she would need to curse people down for the sake of her friends, but she would if asked. "Very good. The next man to come up to you? Or another round? Perhaps something good could come from a man."
“Some customers aren’t exactly thrilled with how things turn out,” Pandora said, her voice calm, a small shrug of her shoulders. She took great pride in her craft, even if people often found her odd or dismissed her, until they needed something fixed, of course. “I give them exactly what they ask for, but then they change their minds. They don't understand that magic doesn’t always like being altered, again.” Once the threads were rewoven, they didn’t always behave the same. She shifted slightly, her tone softer. “The next man,” she echoed thoughtfully. A beat passed. “Do you really think so?”
What did she ever do to deserve such good family? It felt like all Flick did at the moment was make mistakes, but at least she had Pandora and the others. “I’ve learned how to get by on the sleep I can grab, but a nap never goes amiss. It might just be a universal parenting thing. Mum was saying she didn’t get proper sleep until I turned one. Glad I have that to look forward to.
"He has me wrapped around his finger as well, if it helps." She said with a smile. "Let's go, yes. Back home to the baby."
Pandora couldn’t quite fathom how Felicity managed everything on her own, especially with the constant judgment that came with being a pureblood who didn’t toe the traditional line.
“You know you’re not alone, right?” she said gently. “You’ll always have me. Between the two of us, and our families, we’ll make sure he’s surrounded by everything he needs.” She gave a reassuring smile. “And if you ever need to rest, I’m more than happy to watch him.”
“Come on then,” she added warmly, slipping her arm through her cousin’s as they continued down the street. “Let’s get back to that little one.”

The last time Beck had been at Pandora's door, it had been closed and he left a box of her things and took a similar collection of his own stuff. The last time he had been there, he had been someone different. Now, he stared at the closed door and immediately felt like he still had time to leave. But he needed answers. Instead, he raised his hand to knock on her door. "Hey," he said dumbly when the door opened, not expecting Pandora to actually answer. "Sorry for coming in the middle of the night? Can I come in?"
Pandora should’ve been asleep, but instead she sat cross-legged on the living room floor, completely absorbed in the stubborn locket that refused to behave. The spells weren’t aligning properly, something about the layering was off, and she was determined to figure it out.
The knock at the door pulled her out of her focus, her gaze drifting to the clock with a slight frown. That was… odd. Pushing herself to her feet, she padded quietly over and opened the door, only for her confusion to deepen when she saw Beck standing there.
“Hey,” she echoed softly, her eyes scanning him instinctively, like she needed to make sure he wasn’t hurt. “It’s alright,” she added after a pause, stepping back and opening the door wider to let him in. “Come in. Is… is everything okay?” She waited until he crossed the threshold before gently shutting the door behind him.
If Ted had it his way, shops like this would be razed to the ground. He loathed Knockturn's Alley mystical appeal. The way it enchanted youngsters, filling them with curiosity and excited daring, was wrong. The Dark Arts shouldn't be glorified, yet here these shops stood, selling their wares as though there was nothing morally incorrect in the whole thing. But morals didn't matter, not really, regardless of Ted's personal opinion and the strong feeling that burned in his heart. According to the law, they could exist, and so they did. Still, the war had enhanced scrutiny on such establishments. It was probably the only good thing he could say had come from all the tragedy.
Closing the door gently behind him, he returned Pandora's smile and approached the counter. "Good morning. I'm here to check your records and to take a look around," he explained, handing her his Ministry identification. "Stolen items have been ending up in stores like this."
His suspicions were more complicated, but he wouldn't insult her by mentioning them. These places were being used to pass dangerous items between targeted individuals, without those people ever needing to meet directly. It was a way to put items into criminal hands, using them for catastrophe. Tracing the chain was time-consuming and not often successful. But that didn't mean they shouldn't try.
Pandora gently placed her hand over the object she’d been working on, the flickering magic around it dimming into nothing beneath her touch. She’d unraveled just enough of its spellwork to make it harmless, the way one might quietly untie a knot rather than cut it through.
“Good morning, sir,” she said, voice light and even, as if they were discussing the weather rather than stolen goods. As he spoke, her brow furrowed slightly. “That’s rather unfortunate,” she added with quiet sincerity, though there was a hint of curiosity behind her tone.
Her gaze drifted briefly toward his badge before returning to him. “Would you happen to have any paperwork I need to pass along to Cobb or Webb before you begin? I’d rather not stir up trouble with them by doing things out of order.” There was no edge to her words, just that gentle, dreamy calm of someone trying to understand the proper rhythm of a situation she hadn’t expected. “There’s a process for this sort of thing… isn’t there?”
