{Hello! I'm aware how late I am to the game of hk/sk roleplays, but I hope you all welcome me in regardless. This time, featuring our favourite queer artist!

Mod can be addressed as Thung or Hermes, pronouns being they/it.

I've never RPed in this kind of format, so if I'm doing anything wrong, please let me know.

Depending on my mental health and busyness, I may take frequent breaks from time to time. But as long as my main blog, @s3piac, is active I'm usually available for most things!

The happenings of this blog is placed post-infection. The Nailsmith is absent, however, traveling! (subject to change)

Sheo goes by he/him and is refered to with masc titles. But you may call him the Nailsmith's wife <3

Suggestive asks/topics are tolerable and will be tagged with warnings accordingly, but no smut or anything borderline NSFW please.

Adding on with the above, Sheo is in a relationship with the Nailsmith. Other ship asks are fine, but please keep it brief and light.

Oh. Ahem... to tell you the truth, pupil, I cannot give you a clear answer.

It didn't stem just from one argument. Since they were teens, they almost always have been at each other's throats. Then all of those fights, they seem to be piling up over the years and dragging both of them down. Until, well, that day.

Perhaps it was because of the way they are. They're both stubborn in their own rights. And their almost completely different viewpoints on the world tends to lead to more misunderstandings. For instance, Mato's way of showing he cares through physical affections and words do not align with Oro's own ways.

It was foolish of me to not get involved. I did not want to in case it didn't work out and we'll all begin hating each other.

Then when they both split apart, of course only then did I try to fix things. Haha. It was too late. Silly me.

My brothers and I have been around since the dawn of the Infection. I suppose that counts as quite old for the likes of you, visitor. Thank the gods that my limbs are not rusting and creaking yet. Can't say the same for my back, unfortunately.

This is modest compared to the brushes you described. I use this as the background for my painting, or when I need to create a larger-scale gradient.

Ah, I did! How did you know? Do not take it to heart, though. It's just from observation since when we were children. Personally, I do not know if that is really true or not.

Plenty! Cookies, cupcakes, the soft fluffy bun with chocolate filling and sugary powder on its surface. I must admit I have a sweet mandible, haha.

Long story. Many stories, actually! But I can tell you one that I find most memorable.

Once in our youth Oro and I snuck off to the Colosseum of Fools. I do not remember what Oro's intentions were but I know that I had been bored of Sly's lessons when he accommodated for my brothers' levels. I wanted a taste of the real clashing of nails, y'know?

I do not know how we managed to survive. A stroke of dumb luck, perhaps? But suffice to say, when we both faced off the Oblobbles their acidic spit burnt my carapace. Maybe that was when we both realised this was not such a good idea. Then when we ran back home--to summarise-- Sly gave us hell.

With my mandibles, of course? I take off my mask whenever I wish to consume. Either that, or I merely pour it into the eye holes etched in my mask. Is that not how most bugs eat or drink? Correct me if I am mistaken.

...Ah. I see. Thank you for clarifying, and I won't try to deny that your rather bold claim is... correct.

I can understand what "old men" is, but I do not recognise the word "yaoi". Could you, or someone, please enlighten me on its definition?

It feels kinda weird calling him Nailsmith since he, y'know... isn't a nailsmith anymore.

Indeed he does! His real name is Igor. A wonderful name, isn't it?

Yet... well, I don't know.. if you ever meet him, I suggest you not to address him by his actual name. He... he thinks that is sensitive information. Personally, I believe it's a beautiful name that he should embrace, not something he can hide behind the Nailsmith title!

That was... one of the things we argued over before we decided we needed some space between us for a bit.

It scares me a little sometimes. Getting too deep into your own passion until it addles with your mind, y'know? He had been willing to die by my pupil's nail just to get a taste of his own handiwork, and he's not fully grappled with his thoughts about that moment yet. But I try--tried--to help, although... I do not know if what I am doing to help him is right.

I advice you against it. The paint is... unedible, to say. It was made certainly not meant for consumption. At it's best, you may suffer a nasty stomach ache.

Greenpath is ridden with fruits, leaves and meat that can sate most bugs' appetites for many cycles. Yet why would you like to find sustenance in my paintings? I doubt the paint even gives you any nutritions at all, other than being possibly detrimental to your health.

By curling my hand into a fist and gripping the paintbrush, I suppose? I do not know how to explain it well, so I will just insert a picture.
