What does cardiophilia feel like?

cardiophilia being a kink/ fetish- It’s hard to explain how it feels, but in the best way that I can. cardiophilia depending on many variables can feel: relaxing, exciting, intimate, and of course hot.

What parts make it hot for you?

- for me, a main part has to be the sound! I adooore the lub-dubs and everything about it. (Especially irregular beats). How the heart sounds with each beat getting faster and faster, reacting to stimuli, exercise, pleasure

- and then feeling my own heart react to so many different things. Feeling each and every thump in my chest as I make it race, stutter, etc,.

got a nice irregular reaction here with the last of my rush, and i've got a whole new bottle of jungle juice coming in this week!

a longer 2-minute file where i hit rush a few times my bottle is nearly bone dry now so, the effects don't hit as hard- but you can still hear my heart speed up with each hit >:3

thanks to a lovely suggestion by @acardiophileblog a new method to sniff has been unlocked, and it's so intense (sock method) this was during a share with the lovely @heart-hunting :3

did a little bit of exercise and put some good pressure on my heart >:3 there is a skip in there somewhere, not as much as I'd like though...

it’s actually kinda simple but you can easily pass out doing it, so be careful!

It’s a standing push while standing upright, then as you quickly exhale- crouch down into a squat as fast as possible and hold your breath (like a exhale hold), when you start inhaling again, your heart might struggle a bit
