got a nice irregular reaction here with the last of my rush, and i've got a whole new bottle of jungle juice coming in this week!
a longer 2-minute file where i hit rush a few times my bottle is nearly bone dry now so, the effects don't hit as hard- but you can still hear my heart speed up with each hit >:3

thanks to a lovely suggestion by @acardiophileblog a new method to sniff has been unlocked, and it's so intense (sock method) this was during a share with the lovely @heart-hunting :3
this was after sniffing poppers for around 10 minutes and i decided to do a push and my heart struggled to keep a steady rhythm
not sure if sniffing two bottles at once increases the effects sadly -had to reward myself with fun time with some poppers, in this file there's a single skip near the end :3 [if you have suggestions lmk immediately, i wanna torture have fun with my heart]
did a little bit of exercise and put some good pressure on my heart >:3 there is a skip in there somewhere, not as much as I'd like though...
now here's my heart reacting to pressure from rest, you can hear my whooshy heart slowly get faster and faster... as I up the pressure :3 no skips or irregularities which is lameee
your rhythm after doing a push was amazing!!! how do you do it? !!
it’s actually kinda simple but you can easily pass out doing it, so be careful!
It’s a standing push while standing upright, then as you quickly exhale- crouch down into a squat as fast as possible and hold your breath (like a exhale hold), when you start inhaling again, your heart might struggle a bit

after listening to a few shares- the idea of just only breathing in poppers sounded like fun so I recorded my hearts reaction to almost two minutes of just breathing in my rush bottle :3 next file will be the same thing but i use my jungle juice !

a more normal recording from me, after resting I thought about recording my heart- I should've recorded right when my heart was racing but, that's for next time ! gonna eventually push for 200bpm one of these days, next file is likely going to be from resting to racing [ so you can hear my heart from rest climb up and up ]
