Katya is known to be kind of a bratty kid who annoys people on purpose ("symptom" number 6!) and has little respect for rules or authority. Her position (prior to her recapture) as an 003 is in the lower bounds of how bad a mutant's treatment can get before 004, essentially torture. I don't think it's a far leap of reason to say that this placement could in part be due to her behavior. To me, that's a pretty clear analog for a childhood ODD diagnosis.

Sanya Kazarina is disabled — she has albinism, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

HEDS is in part projection, but I also feel ss though an undiagnosed chronic illness would help round out her theming around being dismissed and failed by the adults in her life. Being 16 and a homebody, it's unlikely that her HEDS would progress to a point that disables her from engaging in clubbing, which is the main thing she leaves her house for.
