WHY TOS?
私が発信する文章、画像、音楽、動画、メディア、キャラクター、他にも私の作った全てのコンテンツ(以下、私のコンテンツ)は、そこに特殊な説明がない限り、私のものです。著作権の考えに基づき、私のコンテンツに私の要求を適用します。誰かとのコラボレーションで作成されたコンテンツの場合、特例を発動します。
All of my sentences, pictures, musics, videos, media, characters, and any other contents I made (my contents) are mine when it has no special description. Based on the concept of copyright, I apply my requests to my contents. About contents collaborated with people, we invoke exceptions.

一部のコンテンツ（フォント、ゲーム、グッズ、合成音声歌手/UTAUなど）には、特別な利用規約があります。もし本記事に記載される内容と真っ向から矛盾が生じた場合、特別な利用規約が優先されます。
A part of my contents (fonts, games, goods, singers/UTAUloids etc.) have special terms of use. If there is a head-on contradiction between, the special TOS have priority than this article saying.

1ができない場合：私を表すURL(私のWebサイトなど)を記載してください。
2もできない場合：私の名前を明記してください。
私のゲームか音楽が登場する場合：そのタイトルを書いてください。
R18などの配慮が必要な内容の場合：私をメンション@しないで、通常のファンアートタグ#は使わないで、NSFWファンアート用タグ#を使ってください。

If you can't do 1: Write URL meaning me (e.g. my website).
If you can't do 2: Write my name.
If my game or my music appears: Write the title.
If NSFW: Don't mention me and don't use normal fanart hashtag#, use my NSFW fanart hashtag#.
Option: If my oc appears: Write the oc's name.

You have to: Give credit of me near the content such as the bio or readme. Write one or all of these; my account ID, my account URL, my proper name, my website URL. Since this kind of information might change someday, I would appreciate if you could write them all down!
