omg my first ask! thats a hard one.. ive taken some character design classes in college, those were like slightly helpful. its important to think about the size of your shapes (medium, small, large) and how they make up the silhouette of the character. I personally ignore that advice a lot though… tbh i just kind of wing it :,) i dont do thumbnails or color concepts beforehand, i just blindly doodle and color.. idk if that was helpful at all😭❤️ but thabk u for asking!!!!
