adult women who think they have adhd and/or autism. who feel like they have been screaming into the void for years for help. who feel resistant to treatment for depression. who feel failed by every single adult in their younger lives. who worry that they’re wrong and just lazy. i believe you and you deserve the help you think you deserve

what do people in their twentys do except go to the grocery store……….

sometimes we lie in bed paralyzed by the knowledge that life is neither meaningful nor enjoyable

and then we go get snacks

adulthood is just a constant struggle of, “man, i want cookies for breakfast, but I also recognize this is a bad nutritional decision.  On the other hand, the only one who can stop me is me.  i know that fucker’s weaknesses.  i could totally take me in a fight.”
