doing a rewatch of the convergence now we've got plenty of time before the next episode, and you know if we're talking things thjazi was there for, it's probably a good thing that castle torch isn't particularly veil-weak
bc if thjazi tried to murder julien over abandoning aranessa (something i would argue julien did not do and doesn't have it in him to do), hearing maya davinos call him a traitor pig criminal for not divorcing aranessa like a decent person definitely would have made him start throwing hands
Panel 1: Spring has arrived. They put the finishing touches on a little chicken coop.
Panel 2: They plant the promised kitchen garden, including a strawberry patch, over which Imogen is very attentive. Laudna happily introduces a bucket of worms to the soil.
Panel 3: They hang laundry to dry in the breeze.
Panel 4: Imogen, painting a piece of furniture in the yard, tries to summon a smile as Laudna, covered in dirt, proudly shows her an intact animal skull she found in the woods.
Panel 5: Imogen sits with her back to the half-open kitchen door, admiring their handiwork. Laudna is leaning on her elbows on the sill of the top half, looking equally pleased.
