âSpace-Time Twisting by Lightâ
As I cracked open todayâs The Washington Post to read some comics news, one individual stood out.
One thing I wanted to do in 2014 was contact Mr. Ronald Mallett, a gentleman I saw on one of the History channels because he declared that the invention of the time machine was not only possible, but (I believe) should have been accomplished last year.Â
I started typing a letter and a few weeks later and eventually deleted it - not that there was anything of significance.
When I saw the piece regarding time, I thought, âhmmm...even if he figured out how to do so, it would require such massive energy that it couldn't be replicated or frequently utilized.â Altogether, I didn't think it to be possible and his explanations, which smoothly sailed over my nogginâ, made little sense.
But as someone interested in an energy source thatâs literally out of this World and wanting to make it wireless using âelastic energy,â I began to wonder, âwell, what is time travel?â How would anyone even define it to work on it?
My letterâs intention was to help him achieve his goal because it might actually be possible. There are various other reasons but I wonât bore you with the deets.
Wanting to help achieve such a feat was a struggle; much like wireless energy, with the advent of time travel - or whatever weâll call it - there will be those that will use it with ill intent to psychologically and/or physically harm others.Â
At the same time, I couldn't and canât stifle the evolution and introduction of new and undiscovered technology because of the malicious intentions of a few individuals - weâll leave that to law enforcement to handle. Nonetheless, knowing it will happen is still a burden.
The goal is that if Mr. Mallettâs current success rate is 0%, letâs make it at least 1%. Before continuing though, there needs to be clarification of a few things:
How would you define time?
How would you define time travel?
If thereâs anything useful from this I could say to Mr. Mallett to get started, it would be to consider a new concept of time  - one that is more efficient and precise than what we know it to be. Much like we look at a clock that says â5:34 PM,â so too can it say â19Nâ and mean the same thing. Iâl leave the nerdy calculations to you.
The other would be something corny I made up, which I call the âMinimum Chaos Theory.â I suggest that all phenomena within the observed, unobserved and ex-Universe (an area, if any, beyond the unobserved Universe) are required to deviate from a pattern.Â
This sort of brief statement branches off into a lot of other questions but those are things Iâd rather discuss with his team if I get to chance to help with his experiment.
Iâd have to say the main reason I want to help him is to be one of those observers to understand the truth of our existence and events throughout our Universeâs history while being able to share it with everyone.
