Osborne Series

Athena is a twin. Her brother Alec is older than her by just 7 minutes. But they have rarely been apart since. Alec even requested private tutors rather than go away to school. And Athena joined in all his lessons.

Then there is Charlie, their third Musketeer. Their families were always close. In fact, Charlie's mother was raised believing Athena and Alec's father was her brother (more on that another time).

When he was barely out of infancy, Charlie contracted scarlet fever and this left him with extremely low vision that worsened as he got older. Athena and Alec weren't just Charlie's friend, they often helped describe events they attended and took turns reading aloud so he could enjoy books as much as them. And Athena and Charlie had an understanding that eventually they would marry when the time is right.

At the start of their story, though, Athena and Charlie have had a falling out. Alec and Charlie are on their way (in the very big middle of the social season) to Paris for some fun.

Athena, left alone by the two people she's closest with, must decide if it is worth it to wait for Charlie's return and try to mend things or if it is time to move on and consider other options.

The Osborne Series is about the Osborne siblings and how they meet and fall in love i. The late Victorian era. The books will contain a wide variety of stories and some will include LGBTQ+ characters.
