What a day at Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios with Irwin! A perfect way to begin our big experience with Toy Story 5 at AMC Disney Springs. But that was much later on.

We had a very, very, very hot morning and afternoon at our favorite Disney park, and this was going to be the day we finally experienced everything Toy Story Land had to offer. That’s why we had to get there first thing in the morning!

We went straight to Toy Story Land, but Irwin wanted to make a couple of quick stops. This included saying hello to Gertie the Dinosaur! Irwin asked if she remembered him from our last Jollywood Nights adventure. He’s such a silly little guy. It’s definitely one of my favorite attractions at the park!

We also stopped off to check out some new merchandise! I didn’t want to buy anything so early, but Irwin had to admit this jacket would look pretty snazzy on him. I agreed, but unfortunately it’s a little too big for a Duffy Bear.

Toy Story Land was so much fun to explore. It always is. Irwin spotted a statue of Woody and Bo that he hadn’t noticed before! Just about everything Toy Story was going to be a big deal to him today.

We started off with the Slinky Dog coaster, and I’m glad we did. Usually the line for this ride is a bit too much for us. There was so much to see as we waited for our turn. Irwin loves all the details and props so much. It’s a big part of why he loves Walt Disney World so much.

And we absolutely loved the ride. It’s such a fast little rollercoaster, but it’s also very relaxing. I’m glad we could finally check it out.
